The ROPD is available in two formats:

1. Purchased on an annual basis with quarterly updates for employer and other plan sponsors, or
2. Licensed for use and marketing purposes for your company as an affiliate and licensed contractor.

Fees

1. Annual ROPD fee includes:
   • Complete plan design
   • Instructions
   • Check list for decision making
   • Quarterly updates and
   • Initial consultation on its use
2. Affiliate or licensed contractor fee: TBD by size and scope of use
